摘要
以废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(PSF)为原料,通过硝化、还原、重氮化和偶合反应制得一种聚苯乙烯基高分子染料.重点考察了各步反应的主要影响因素,进而对各步反应的条件进行了优化研究.采用红外光谱对中间产物及高分子染料的结构进行了表征.
A polymeric dye based on polystyrene was prepared from waste PSF through nitration, reduction, diazotization, and coupling reactions. The main influence factors of each step reaction were studied and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained. The structures of the intermediate products and the obtained polymeric dye were characterized by FTIR spectra.
