摘要
以二乙胺和AEO9为原料,采用三步法合成一种新型两性表面活性剂,探讨了溶剂异丙醇与水的体积比、反应物配比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对终态产品收率的影响,并对各步分离后的产品进行了红外光谱表征;采用表面张力仪测定了产品的表面张力,证明了产品具有较高的表面活性,能较大幅度的降低水的表面张力;采用毛细管上升法测定产品对羊毛纱线的润湿力.结果表明,该助剂对羊毛润湿力可提高7倍.
A novel kind of amphoteric surfactant was synthesized with diethylamine and AE09 as raw materials by a three--step method in this paper. The influences of such factors as volume ratio of isopropyl alcohol and water, reaction temperature as well as reaction time on the final product yield were studied. All the products structures were proved by IR; and the final product was further proved to be a surfactant characteristic by the surface tension data measured. Not only can the final product greatly reduce the surface tension of water, but also the ability of wetting wool yarn from one percent samples of aqueous solutions was increased by 7 times by capillary rising--method determination.
