护生参与社区老年性痴呆的早期筛选及居家干预的成效分析

摘要 应用简易智力状态检查(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)量表,对社区≥65岁的居家老人进行认知功能缺损筛查,并对经医院复查确诊为AD早期且符合研究条件的42例患者施行居家护理干预.干预前后对患者采用MMSE量表、日常生活能力(Activities of Daily Living,ADL)量表、汉密顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)进行效果评价,同时采用问卷对护生参与社区AD早期患者居家干预指导的态度进行调查.结果显示,干预开始时和干预后12个月患者MMSE、ADL、HAMA测评结果比较,ADL、HAMA差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);本科高年级护生对参与社区AD早期患者居家干预指导持积极态度. Methods: Mini--Mental State Examination (MMSE) Scale was applied to screen cognitive damage of elders over 65 years old in community. Forty--two AD patients, diagnosed in hospital and in early stage of AD, were intervened by household nursing. MMSE Scale, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale were assessed before and after intervention to estimate effect. Another questionnaire was applied to nursing undergraduates participated in present study to investigate their attitude about household intervention of AD patients in community. Results: There was statistical significance between measurement results of ADL, HAMA scales before and after 12 -- month intervention (p 〈 0. 01); higher -- grade undergraduates majored in nursing had positive attitude to join in household intervention of AD in community.
