槐绿虎天牛人工饲养的研究

Study on artificial rearing of Chlorophorus diadema Motschulsky

通过不同饲养方法对槐绿虎天牛的人工饲养进行研究.结果表明:人工饲料可以实现对槐绿虎天牛的继代饲养,还可将幼虫期由2～3a大大缩短至5个月.比较5种饲养方法,用配方1(以柳树锯末为基料,外加蔗糖、酵母粉、大豆粉等物质的混合物)饲养的结果显著优于其他4种饲养方法;配方1和配方2饲养的幼虫存活率、体重、体长等均大于寄主枝条;配方3效果最差.

Artificial rearing of Chlorophorus diadema Motschulsky was studied through different rearing methods.The results showed that artificial diet was suitable for the continuously rearing of Chlorophorus diadema,and the larval stage was shortened from 2～3years to 5months.Comparison of 5diets showed that diet 1（the mixture having willow sawdust as the base,adding sucrose,dusty yeast,soy meal and so on）was significantly better than the other diets.The larval survival rate,weight and length reared by diet 1and 2were better than that in the host feeds.Diet 3had the worst effect.
