摘要 用等离子发射光谱法测定镍基合金钢中硼元素,试样用硝酸和盐酸在加热条件下低温分解,经过系列试验,选择仪器的工作条件,进行测定,建立了一套分析方法,经标钢分析,分析结果令人满意。本方法快速准确,精密度良好,完全可以满足生产需要。 The ICP - AES method is used to measure the boron acid and hydrochloric acid at low temperature under the heating in nickel based alloy. The sample is dissolved in nitric condition. The work conditions for the instruments are determined and a set of analytical method established through series of experiment. The satisfactory results are achieved by standard steel analysis. This method is believed to be fast and accurate and can basically meet the requirements of production.
