摘要
针对钢圈产品轻量化的需求,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算钢圈的薄弱处,以单一变量法进行分析、计算出轮辋各部分的参数对钢圈最大当量应力、形变量的影响,并从中选出最优解,从而获得了较好的钢圈设计参数。通过优化轮辋结构以提高轮辋刚度,可有效地降低钢圈的最大应力和形变量,从而提高钢圈的疲劳寿命,达到优化设计的效果。
The lighter steel wheels are produced in demand, Used a software called ANSYS finite element analysis to get the weak area of steel wheels. By means of a single variable method to analyze and calculate the parameters of various parts of rim,to gauge the impact of all parameters to both of maximum equivalent stress and strain of steel wheels. Then to select the optimal solution and obtain the better design parameters. By mean of optimizing rim structure, we can improve the rigidity of the rim,reduce maximum stress and deformation of steel wheels, get the better performance of wheel, and gain the good effect of optimized designing.
