摘要
针对对高速切削加工中外圆车刀的使用寿命问题,利用ANSYS有限元数值分析软件对车刀内部的应力应变大小及分布情况进行了分析,为高速切削工艺分析提供了可靠的理论依据。
Be aimed at the problem of lathe tool＇s life problem in the condition of high speed cutting, using ANSYS, a kind of finite element numerical analysis software to analysis the stress and strain＇s distribution and amplitude in the nose of cutting edge.It offers a reliable theorst ic basis for the process of high speed cutting.
