Research on The Warfighting Capability Generation Based on Satellite Application

卫星应用作为航天力量与军事力量有机结合的"黏合剂",已经成为加快战斗力生成模式转变,提高基于信息系统的体系作战能力的一个重要支撑点。卫星应用在近几次高技术局部战争中产生了巨大的效益,已经成为C4ISR系统的核心组成部分,有效地提高了部队战斗力。阐述了基于卫星应用的战斗力生成的基本内涵,研究了卫星应用在战斗力生成中的增强作用,从人员素质,武器装备、作战理论、教育训练、编制体制几个方面深入分析了基于卫星应用的战斗力生成的影响因素。

As a good adhesive of the combination of space power and military force, the satellite application has become an important support to accelerate the transformation of generating mode of warfighting capability and enhance the system warfighting capability based on information systems. During the recent high-tech local wars, the satellite application has produced huge benefits in the world. It has become the core part of the C4ISR system and effectively improves the warfighting capability of the troops. This paper expounds the basic theory of warfighting capability generation based on the satellite application, studies the enhancement function the satellite application has taken on the warfighting capability generation and analyzes the influence factors deeply from the following aspects： personnel quality, weapons and equipment, operational theory, education and training and structure and system.
