摘要
以HS企业生产流程为研究对象,应用价值流图技术进行再设计,绘制生产流程的价值流现状图和未来状态图。由未来图作为引导路径,分析点曲轴齿轮制造过程中存在的问题,通过引入连续流,消除制造信息阻塞,使得生产周期及产量都得到了显著提升,并减少了作业人员。实践结果表明:价值流分析是提高企业生产率的良方,价值流图技术是在制造流程中消除信息阻塞、降低库存、形成生产流畅的有效工具之一。
The value stream status chart and future state diagram is drawn in production flow improvement of HS Company, applied on value stream mapping. The future graph is guide path, and the problem during the process of point crank gear manufacturing is analyzed. Manufactur!ng information block is eliminated by introducing continuous flow, and the production cycle and yield have been significantly increased, and the operation personnel have also been reduced.
