摘要
随着社会主义现代化建设和市场经济的迅猛发展,传统的高等教育人才培养方案和办学模式面临巨大的挑战,从企业生产中萌芽的"订单式"人才培养被提上了学校的教育议事日程。根据高等教育创新人才培养目标,笔者根据国内外实践教学的现状,提出了实践教学改革研究目标和创新人才培养具体措施,提高了大学生综合实践能力和创新精神,并取得了阶段性的成果。
According to the goal of higher education to cultivate innovative talents, this essay elaborates the present situation of practice teaching at home and abroad, puts forward research objectives in practice teaching reform and specific measures in cultivation of innovative talents, thus improving the university students＇ comprehensive practice ability and innovative spirits and having made stage achievements.
