ICU应用甘露醇导致急性肾功能衰竭相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors of mannitol - induced acute renal failure in ICU

目的探讨ICU应用甘露醇导致急性肾功能衰竭的相关因素。方法回顾性分析192例应用甘露醇治疗患者的临床资料。采用二分类Logistic回归分析对相关指标进行统计分析。结果Logistic回归结果中年龄、高血压病史、糖尿病史及高APACHEII评分P值均〈0．05。结论年龄、高血压病史、糖尿病史及高APACHEⅡ评分是ICU应用甘露醇导致急性肾功能衰竭的主要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the factors of mannitol - induced acute renal failure in ICU. Methods Clinical data of 192 patients with mannitol treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Binary Logistic regression were introduced for a- nalysis. Results The age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and high APACHE Ⅱ score P values were less than 0.05 by Lo- gistic regression analysis. Conclusion Age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and high APACHE 11 score are the main risk factors of mannitol - induced acute renal failure in ICU.
