Research on Rural Resettlement System of Land Requisition in Hydropower Engineering Construction

水电工程建设征地农村移民安置涉及人口、资源、环境、生态、经济等多个方面,整个过程就是移民安置区的乡村重构过程。通过对水电工程建设征地农村移民安置进行系统分析,构建了移民安置管理体系,从纵向和横向两个方面分析了移民安置管理体系的内容,并结合瀑布沟水电站建设征地农村移民安置工作实践,对移民安置管理体系进行了有益的探讨。

The rural resettlement of land requisition in hydropower engineering construction must consider a number of factors, such as population, resources, environment, ecology and economy, so the whole resettlement is a process of rural reconstruction in resettled area. Through the systematic analysis on rural resettlement of land requisition in hydropower engineering construction, the management system of resettlement is established and its contents are analyzed from lateral and longitudinal aspects respectively. The management system of resettlement in Pubugou Hydropower Station is studied herein as a case study.
