摘要
以建设中的江门市东华大桥主桥为工程背景,详细给出了带副拱新型拱桥在顶推施工过程主拱肋、副拱肋等构件在顶推过程中的应力和变形实测数据,并与计算数据进行了对比,分析了其在顶推施工过程中的力学行为,揭示了应力和位移的变化规律,分析结果表明,在顶推过程中拱桥关键构件的应力和变形合理,满足设计要求,顶推施工法可成功推广应用于新型拱桥的施工.
Take Donghua Bridge under construction as the project background, this paper presents the measured stress and strain data of arch rib and vice arch rib during the process of incremental launching. The measured data are compared with the numerical results. And the mechanical behaviors of the arch bridge were studied to reveal the changing tendency of stress and strain. The analysis results show that the stress and the strain of the key structures are in reasonable range and meet the design requirements during the process of incremental launching. Thus incremental launching method is a satisfactory and promising direction of the construction for this new type of arch bridge.
