沥青用量对CA砂浆混合料路用性能影响研究

摘要 CA砂浆混合料是一种以碎石为主骨架、自制CA砂浆为填充细料的新型路面材料,采用骨架空隙填充法进行配合比设计,充分发挥粗、细集料的嵌挤和填充作用.通过马歇尔试验、车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验等一系列室内试验,研究了沥青用量对CA砂浆混合料路用性能的影响.试验结果表明:该CA砂浆混合料具有较好的综合路用能力. Cement-Asphah mortar mixture is a new pavement material, which is composed of gravels used as backbone and homemade CA mortar used as filler. In order to make full use of interlocked-denseness of coarse aggregate and filling of fine aggregate, coarse aggregate void filling method (CAVF) was used to recommend mix design. The article is mainly studying on pavement performance of CA mortar mixture influenced by differ- ent asphalt-aggregate ratios, and Marshall Test, Wheel Tracking Tests, Immersion Marshall Test, and the Freeze Thaw Split Test were carried on. The results showed that the cement-asphah mortar mixture had good pavement performance,
