百草枯中毒的抗氧化应激治疗研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 百草枯中毒可引起以肺为主要靶器官的一系列病理生理学改变,包括炎症反应、组织水肿、肺泡萎陷及后期不可逆的纤维化形成。机体氧化还原循环反应及胞内氧化应激在此过程中发挥了重要的作用。由于活性氧氮类物质增加和抗氧化酶系的消耗,导致细胞对氧化应激的敏感性增高,胞膜受损致细胞内钙超载,影响细胞代谢及功能,最终引起组织的氧化性损伤。本文就百草枯中毒抗氧化应激治疗的研究进展作一综述。 Paraquat poisoning can cause a series of pathophysiology of target organ especially the lung, including inflammation, tissue edema, alveolar collapse and late irreversible fibrosis formation. Body redox cycle reactions and intracellular oxidative stress generation plays an important role in this process. The increase of reactive oxygen and nitrogen substances and the consumption of antioxidant enzyme system lead to the increased oxidative stress sensitivity of ceils, then cause intracellular calcium overload by membrane damage and affect the cell metabolism and function, finally cause tissue oxidative damage. This article reviews the research progress of anti - oxidative stress therapy with paraquat poisoning.
