摘要
阿尔茨海默症(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)的主要病理特征是淀粉样斑和神经纤维缠结。这些病理特征与金属-淀粉样β肽(Amyloid-βpeptide,Aβ)相互作用有关。本文综述Aβ肽的形成、金属铝(Al)的生理作用以及Al与Aβ肽的相互作用机制,探讨Al与Aβ相互作用可能引起AD病变的机理,并在此基础上总结通过阻断Aβ-Al相互作用而治疗AD药物方面的研究进展。
The main pathological features of Alzheimer's disease(AD) are amyloid plaques and deposit of neurofibrillary tangles,which may associated with the interaction of aluminum with amyloid-β peptide(Aβ).In this paper,the form of Aβ,physiological function of metal aluminum(Al) and the mechanism of the interaction between aluminum and Aβ peptide were reviewed.The role of the interaction of aluminum and Aβ peptide possibly has correlativity with the disorder of the disease.Finally the progress in the research of AD treatments based on preventing its interaction was also summarized.
