塘沽站作为北京铁路局的重要港口站,主要运输任务是确保港口物资的集疏运畅通。通过分析制约塘沽站运输增量的影响因素,提出筑牢思想基础和运输基础,狠抓空车来源和有效货源,努力增加货物发送量,提高运输经济效益。塘沽站通过采取压力传递到位、货源营销到位、现车管理到位、运输服务到位和激励考核到位的积极有效对策,实现了港口铁路运输的持续增量和效益最大化。

Tanggu Station,as an important port station of Beijing Railway Administration,its main transport task is to ensure smooth centralized and distributed transportation of port materials.Through analyzing the influence factors restricting the increase of traffic volume in Tanggu Station,this paper puts forward that the idea foundation and transport foundation should be builded strongly,the empty car resource and effective freight resource should be grasped,freight delivery volume should be increased and transport economic benefit should also be increased.Through the positive countermeasures of effectively implementing stress transfer,freight resource marketing,existing car management,transport service and encouragement & examination,all of these realize the continuous traffic volume increase and benefit maximization of railway transportation in port.
