摘要
加强高校实验教学队伍建设是我国高校深化实验教学改革的重要环节之一。本文分析了高校实验教学队伍目前存在的问题,提出要改革和完善实验教学队伍建设的体制和机制,建立一支开放式创新性的实验教学队伍的观点。
Strengthening the construction of experiment teaching in colleges and universities is an important element of deepening reform of experiment teaching in colleges and universities in China.This paper analyses the problems in College experiment teaching team,proposals to reform and perfect the system and mechanism of construction of experiment teaching staff,the establishment of a contingent of experimental teaching of open innovation.
