摘要
"读者至上,服务育人"是高校图书馆读者服务工作的灵魂。"沟通"又是图书馆读者服务工作中的重中之重。为此,笔者探讨了图书馆在新环境下沟通的定义、沟通的教育服务特点以及沟通服务在当今图书馆服务工作中运用的精髓策略,给图书馆读者服务带来了一个更新的理念。
"Readers first,service to educate" is the soul of reader service of university library.Communication is what the most important in reader service of the library.Therefore,this paper discusses the definition of communication under new circumstance of library,the educational service characteristics and strategies applied in present library service in expectation to bring new concept to library reader service.
