An Analysis of the Factors that Affect College Archive Management

高校档案管理是一项十分重要的工作,传统的管理手段存在着许多不足。本文通过发放调查问卷,分析影响高校档案的技术因素、认为因素、环境因素,并通过计量软件,分析指出高校档案现代化管理存在的问题,提出关于做好高校档案管理建设工作的几点建议。

College archive management is a very important job.There exist many deficiencies in traditional management means.Through handing out questionnaires,this paper analyzes the technical factor,personal factor,environmental factor that affect college archive management.Meanwhile,through econometric software analysis,this paper points out the problems existed in modern college archive management,puts forward suggestions on how to undertake college archive management construction.
