高校档案信息化管理的现状及对策研究

On the Present Situation of University Archives Information Management and Countermeasure study

伴随着校园信息化建设的发展,大量的电子文件随之而生,为档案工作在具体实施过程中带来了不少困难,在管理中存在很多问题,高校的档案信息化管理基础设施薄弱,高校档案信息资源建设滞后,高校档案管理部门的保密意识较差,高校档案人员的能力有所欠缺,标准规范体系尚需健全。因此,应该注重基础设施建设、加大对其的投入及管理、推进数字档案馆藏、强加管理电子文档、完善档案信息资源管理标准、提高高校档案人员的能力、全面做好档案网络信息安全保障工作。

With the development of campus information construction,a large amount of e-documents come into being,which brings many difficulties to achieve management in specific implementation.There exist many problems in management including weak infrastructure of university achieves information management,underdevelopment of university archives information resource construction,archive management department＇s weak sense of high confidentiality,insufficient ability of archives personnel and imperfect standard and norm system.Therefore,the countermeasures include focusing on infrastructure construction,strengthening input and management,promoting digital archives collection,reinforcing e-document management,perfecting archives information management standard,improving archives personnel＇s ability and securing archives network information to a full scale.
