摘要
大学生学科竞赛与实践教学、创业创新教育和学生就业有着紧密的联系,它有助于提高人才培养质量。该文基于开展学科竞赛存在的主要问题,结合学校实际,从把学科竞赛纳入人才培养方案、构建适应学生发展的学科竞赛体系、运用多样化的组织模式、激励教师和学生积极参与等方面探讨了如何高效组织运行此项活动的具体举措。
The college course competition is closely linked to students＇ practice, innovation and employment, and helpful for improving the quality of talent-cultivation. Based on the problems of course competition,together with the practical situation in our university, this article proposes the approaches to effectively organize these activities by incorporating the competition in cultivation plan, constructing course competition system that is favorable for students ＇ development, employing different organization modes and encouraging teachers ＇ and students＇ active participation.
