摘要
研制了基于多类型伺服的三轴数控机床进给伺服实验平台。该平台以PLC作为下位机,实现对实时性要求较高的控制环节,计算机作为上位机,实现对整个实验平台的监控。上位机的程序利用LabVIEW软件进行编写,缩短了开发周期,并且可以轻松地对其进行修改和扩展。该平台开放性好,成本低,为电气工程及其自动化专业学生提供了良好的实践平台,加深了学生对于相关知识的理解,受到了学生的好评。
The triple-axis CNC machine tools feeding servo system experimental platform based on multi-servo is developed. PLC is used as hypogynous computer for realising control links which need high real time. PC is used as host computer for realising the monitor of the whole experimental platform. The program of the host computer is writen by Labview. The development cycle is shortened. And the program can easily be modified and expanded. The platform is open and is with a low cost. It provides a practice platform for the students who study electrical engineering and automation and makes related knowledge understood by the students. The platform receives favorable comments from the students.
