内蒙古自治区高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设的现状、问题与对策研究

A Study of the Present Situation,the Problems and Countermeasures of University Ideological and Political Teacher Team Construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regions

高校思想政治理论课教师担负着对学生进行马克思主义理论教育的重任。我区高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设取得了巨大成就,同时也存在着不少问题。这是影响我区高校思想政治理论课教学效果的重要因素,应引起我们的高度关注。为此我们提出了一系列对策。

University ideological and political teacher takes the responsibly for implementing Marxism Theory education to students.Although great achievements have been made in the construction of university ideological and political teacher team in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region,there still exist some problems,which is an important factor that affects the teaching effect of this course and we should attach importance to it.Therefore,we put forward a series of countermeasures to it.
