摘要
公仆型领导力对组织竞争力的提升,企业的长久生存和社会的健康发展具有重大作用,因此成为了近年来西方领导力学派的研究热点。本文在研究西方学者相关文献的基础上,对公仆型领导力予以分类,总结了公仆型领导力的关键特点与测量维度,对相关理论模型进行了评价,阐述了对企业的影响结果。同时对公仆型领导力的概念予以界定,明确了公仆型领导力模型的反作用环节,构建了公仆型领导力的动态发展模型。
Public servant leadership is of great significance to the promotion of organization competitiveness,the long survival of an enterprise and the healthy development of a society.Therefore,it has become a heated study point of western leadership school.Based on a study of western scholars' documents,this paper catalogs public servant leadership,summarizes the key features and measure dimension of public servant leadership,evaluates relevant theoretical models and elaborates the result of its influence on enterprises.Meanwhile,this paper defines the definition of public servant leadership,makes clear the counteraction factor of public servant leadership model,constructs the dynamic developing model of public servant leadership.
