摘要
运用NK模型分析了组织结构创新3个子过程及其对组织结构创新的影响,定义了组织结构创新的3个子过程:管理能力培育管理、组织结构特性定位管理和组织规模控制管理。通过问卷调查方式收集了60家企业的数据,运用SPSS 15.0对收集到的数据位进行分析,阐述了企业如何在复杂系统的景观图上达到最优点,使企业达到效益最优。
In this paper, the authors used the NK model to analyze the three sub- process of organization structure innovation and the impact of its organizational structure innovation, defined the three sub - processes of organizational structure innovation. That were management capacity training of management, location management and organization of the scale of the structural characteristics in control management. Collecting data from 60 companies through questionnaires, using SPSS 15.0, this paper analyzed the data collected, and concluded that it enabled enterprises to achieve the most advantages in complex systems on the landscape plan, enterprises to achieve optimal efficiency.
