完善村民自治问题研究——以广东乌坎事件为例

On Improvement of Villager Autonomy:A Case of Wukan Guangdong

村民自治是我国基层民主建设的重要组成部分,也是基层社会管理的重要组成部分。广东乌坎事件之所以会发生,在很大程度上是当前我国社会发展的失衡造成的。当前我国处于转型期,经济社会发展不平衡,带来了种种社会问题。因而完善村民自治,加强基层社会管理,从而维护社会的和谐与稳定是非常重要的。

Villager Autonomy is important constituent our country＇s democracy construction at the grassroots level,also is the important part of social management at the primary level.Wukan Event in Guangdong largely resulted from imbalanced development of society.Therefore,it is very important to perfect the system of villagers＇ autonomy and strengthen social management at the primary level to maintain social harmony.
