农民工留城定居研究综述

Review on Factors of Migrant Workers' Settlement in Cities

通过文献综述,发现主要有五个方面在影响着农民工的留城定居行为。第一,户籍制度和土地承包制度阻碍着农民工进入"体制内"。第二,年龄、性别等人口学特征的差异,会带来留城与否的不同结果。第三,人力资本不同也会在留城定居决策上产生分化。第四,作为经济理性人,对城市收入和开支的衡量决定了是否留城定居。第五,城乡之间情感性博弈左右着农民工的去留。最后进一步探讨了未来在农民工留城定居方面可研究的几个方面。

Through literature review,the author finds five aspects affecting migrant workers＇ settlement in cities.First,household registration system and land contract system impede migrant workers entering urban system.Second,demographic differences in age and gender have different results.Third,human capitals also cause divisions in decision.Fourth,as a economic rational person,evaluation of income and expenses works.Fifth,emotional games between urban and rural life have great impact on migrant worker＇s decision.
