社区照顾视角下养老机构完善社区照顾的对策研究——以沈阳市养老服务中心为例

On Improvement of Community Care in Pension Agency——A Case of Pension Service Center in Shenyang

沈阳老龄化的趋势很严重,目前已经进入了老龄化社会。老年人的养老方式也发生了变迁,一些思想开放、经济条件好的和一些身体行动不便的老年人纷纷走入了养老机构中安享晚年,虽然机构养老有很多的优点,但依然存在很多的问题。对沈阳市养老服务中心进行了个案研究,运用观察法、访问调查等方法对中心的部分老年人进行了调研,以社会工作为视角,从社区照顾的角度提出了在服务中心增加社区照顾项目、设置社工岗位、为老年人建立社会支持体系等对策与建议。

Shenyang has entered the aging society.Some open-minded elderly with good economic conditions or others with the physical immobility have chose to live their rest life in the pension agency.While pension agency has a lot of advantages,it has many problems.Based on observation and surveys,the author made research on the elderly service centers in Shenyang and put forward suggestions from the perspective of community care,such as increasing community care project,setting up social work positions,and establishing a social support system.
