农户农房抵押贷款意愿的影响因素分析——以四川省成都市为例

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Farmer's Desire of Rural Housing Mortgage——Taking Chengdu as an Example

为探讨成都试验点农户农房抵押贷款意愿的影响因素,推进农房抵押贷款工作的深入开展,采用问卷调查、Logistic模型进行分析。结果表明:农户对农房抵押融资具有一定参与意愿,农户近一年出现资金短缺对农房抵押意愿影响最大,且为正向影响;农户文化程度,家庭经济情况及对政策的了解也是其显著影响因素。

Based on questionnaire and interviews,using logistic model,it found that there are a certain number of farmers who have willingness to participate in the rural housing mortgage finance;those who are short of money in one year played a positive role in this program;farmers＇ educational levels,family economic situations and their understanding of the policy can also influence their desire and decisions.
