金川区农业节水灌溉技术推广的问题及对策研究

Promotion of Agricultural Water-saving Irrigation Technology in Jinchuan Region

甘肃省金昌市地处西北内陆地区,水资源紧缺已长期制约农业的发展,发展节水灌溉成了该地区农业发展的必然选择。通过对金昌市金川区农业水资源及节水灌溉技术的发展现状进行分析,针对主要存在的问题,提出了提高农民节水意识,发挥政府主导作用,加大财政投入,完善管理机构等对策,为金川区农业节水可持续发展提供一些参考。

Jinchang,a city in Gansu province,is located in the northwest inland area,where shortage of water resources has restricted the development of agriculture.Thus,it is inevitable to develop water-saving irrigation system.The article analyzed the present situation of agricultural water resources and water-saving irrigation and put forward the following countermeasures： to raise farmers＇ water saving awareness,to exert government＇s leading role,to increase financial investment and improve the management authority,which provide the reference for sustainable development and agricultural water-saving in Jinchuan region.
