摘要
农村教师的隐性流失制约着农村教师队伍整体素质的提升,直接影响着农村教育质量的提高。这主要是受到农村教师工资福利低、工作压力大、农村学校激励机制不完善和农村学校缺乏良好的学习氛围等因素的影响,因此要防止农村教师的隐性流失:中央政府应承担起提高农村教师薪酬待遇的责任,为农村教师减轻工作压力提供制度保障,完善激励机制激发农村教师工作的积极性,构建有利于农村教师知识更新的学习平台。
The rural teachers' invisible reduction has influenced the improvement of rural teacher's quality and the enhancement of rural education's quality.It is attributed to the following factors such as teacher's low wage,high working pressure,incomplete incentive mechanism and lack of favorable learning atmosphere.Therefore,the central government should undertake the responsibility of providing a good safeguard system such as raising their salary,reducing their labor intensity and work pressure,arousing teacher's working enthusiasm,building an advantageous learning platform for their knowledge-renewing.
