摘要
当今,全球企业都面临着与日俱增的人力资本管理难题。为了从战略高度给出一个合理的解决方案,人力资源经理们需要有对关键信息进行适当加工处理分析的工具。我们知道,企业中存在不同类型和层次的人力资本,它们对企业的贡献不尽相同。企业持续健康发展的重要保障是较低的人力资本风险,抵御人力资本风险主要依赖人力资本的保值、增值能力,而保值、增值能力则在很大程度上依赖于高层职业经理人的战略价值表现。文章基于高层职业经理人的视角,探讨了基于BCG矩阵在企业人力资本战略分类中应该遵循的价值与配置原理及方法,进而构建了人力资本分类模型,以有效实现企业人力资本结构战略分类。
At present, enterprises around the world face increasing difficulties for human capital management. In order to provide strategically sound answers, the human resource managers need the critical information provided by the right technology processing and analytical tools. It is well known that there are different types and levels of human capital in the enterprises, which have different contribution to the enterprises. An important guarantee for sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise is lower human capital risk. To resist this risk is primarily dependent on human capital storing and increasing power in value, which is largely dependent on the strategic value of the performance of senior professional managers. Based on the analysis of high - level professional managers perspective, the article discusses the value and configuration of principles and methods to be followed in the strategic classification of human capital by Boston Consulting Group (BCG matrix), and then builds classification model of human capital (CMHC) to effectively realize the enterprise's human capital structure strategic classification.
