日本世界一流大学学生领导力教育现状初探——以京都大学GL工学教育项目为例

Student Leadership Education at Japan's World-class Universities:The Case of Kyoto University's GL Program

近年来,大学生领导力教育在高等教育实践和学术研究中逐步成为一个方兴未艾的领域。本文研究了日本四所世界一流大学学生领导力教育的开展情况,在此基础上归纳了这四所大学学生领导力教育的共性,并通过详解京都大学的GL工学教育项目,详细呈现了日本世界一流大学学生领导力教育项目的培养目标、培养内容以及培养效果和不足。最后,笔者总结了日本世界一流大学学生领导力教育中可供中国借鉴的经验。

College student leadership education has become a hot topic in higher education studies and practice since the 1980s.This paper studies student leadership education at four of Japan＇s world-class universities, and summarizes their general characteristics. The paper further focuses on Kyoto University＇s GL program to present the objective, content, achievements and deficiencies of student leadership education at Japan＇s world- class universities in detail. Japanese universities＇ experience may provide some references for college student leadership education in China.
