英国研究型大学就业力培养研究——基于罗素联盟《就业力培养自述》的文本分析 被引量:6

摘要 英国在就业力方面的研究始终处于领先地位,该国高校对于就业力的培养已有十余年的理论和实践。本研究采用文本分析法,汇总分析罗素联盟高校《就业力培养自述》文本内容维度的全面性,进而采用"理想类型"方法,深入探析全体文本的共性。研究发现:11所罗素联盟高校《自述》文本的内容维度大多全面,就业力培养路径相似。这些高校在就业力培养上的共性可以归纳为:就业力培养师资多元化,学科专业课程具有专业认证性,就业力培养过程电子化,生涯服务具有连贯性。研究还为我国高校的就业力培养提出了建议。 UK has been playing a leading role in the research of employability and it has been over ten years since its universities indulged in embedding employability into the teaching and learning. The study conducts text analysis of the Employability Statements of 11 universities within Russell Group. It is found that the universities of Russell Group have already adopted a full dimensional way in developing students" employability. The common characteristics of 11 universities in terms of employability development are summarized and suggestions on Chinese universities" employability development are also put forward.
