在湖北进入创新驱动发展阶段的新形势下,以创业创新推动湖北跨越式发展,必须培育人文精神,推进文化创新,构筑精神高地;加快发展转型,实施创新驱动;构建创业创新网络,全面实施"两圈一带"战略,发挥东湖国家自主创新示范区的引领作用,提高省域集群创新能力;把建设"创业型城市"与"创新型城市"有机结合起来,建设"创新型高校",提高高等教育质量,为湖北跨越式发展提供创新型人才资源。

In order to promote leaping development of Hubei by entrepreneurship and innovation,under the new circumstances of innovation-driven development of Hubei,we must cultivate humanistic spirit,promote cultural innovation;accelerate the developing transition,implement innovation-driven;build up network of entrepreneurship and innovation,fulfill ＂Two Loops,One Belt＂ strategies,stimulate the leading role of Donghu national innovation demonstration zone,increase the innovation ability of provincial clusters;integrate organically of building ＂entrepreneurial city＂ and ＂innovative city＂,develop ＂innovative colleges＂,improve the quality of higher education to provide talents for leaping development of Hubei.
