高职院校利益相关者的双向价值诉求实证研究

Empirical Research on Stakeholders' Reciprocal Value Pursuit in Higher Vocational Colleges

文章通过实证调研,从利益相关者视角,分析了高职院校及其利益相关者之间的价值诉求,研究发现:由于社会角色和价值实现追求不同,主要利益相关者对高职院校存在不同的价值诉求,并且对各种价值诉求的重视程度存在差异;高职院校对主要利益相关者有不同的价值诉求,并且对不同利益诉求的重视程度存在差异;高职院校及主要利益相关者的价值诉求是双向互动的,但对彼此的价值诉求存在明显差异。

This paper analyzes the value pursuit between higher vocational colleges and the stakeholders through empirical research from the perspective of stakeholders.It is found that the main stakeholders and higher vocational colleges have various value pursuits towards each other and pay different attention to all kinds of value pursuits due to their different social characters and value realization.Their value pursuits are reciprocally interactive with obvious difference.
