关于我国机构养老模式发展的思考——基于福利三角范式的视角

Thought on Development of Institution Aged-care Mode in China——From the perspective of Welfare Triangle pattern

面对我国日益严峻的老龄化趋势和不断增加的养老服务需求,传统意义上的家庭养老模式已经不能满足社会发展的要求。而且,我国的人口老龄化呈现出"未富先老"的格局,需要社会承担起养老的责任。目前,我国机构养老模式的发展还不成熟,无法从根本上满足老年人多样化的养老服务需求。文章结合我国的实际情况,从福利三角的研究视角,提出了加快我国机构养老模式发展的建议。

With rapid progress and the increasing demands of the aged-care service in China,the traditional family aged-care mode cannot meet the needs of social development.Moreover,a new pattern of ＂being old before getting rich＂ appears with aged tendency of our population,and this situation appeals our government to undertake aged-care responsibilities.The development of our institution aged-care mode,which is not mature,cannot radically meet various aged-care services.Integrated with the real situation in our country,this paper proposes suggestions on promoting the development of our institution aged-care mode from the perspective of Welfare Triangle.
