摘要
在对人口红利相关理论进行梳理的基础上,结合中国人口转变的道路,对人口红利的概念进行了丰富和发展,提出中国在进入后人口红利时代之际,应该关注不同区域人口发展状况的差异性,以劳动力流动作为中国未来收获新人口红利的一种特有机制,以人力资本的投资和积累作为获得新人口红利的核心源泉,以期为未来中国人口与经济的协调均衡发展,尤其是如何合理有序引导劳动力的流动等方面提供有益的政策建议奠定理论基础。
Based on the theoretical review of demographic dividend, and by taking China's demographic transition method into consideration, the paper enriches and develops the concept of demographic dividend. The author proposes that while stepping into the post - demographic divid- ed era, attention should be paid on the demographic development differences in different regions, labor flow should be regarded as a specific mechanism to gain new demographic dividend for China in the future, and the investment and accumulation of human capital should be taken as the core source to gain new demographic dividend. The paper aims to lay solid theoretical foundation of policy suggestion on the coordinated development of China's population and economics in the fu- ture, especially on aspects such as how to guide labor flow.
