产业结构、交通、民族与县域经济发展——以云南省为例

Industrial Structure,Transportation,Ethnic Groups and County-Level Economic Growth——A Case Study of Yunnan Province

西部落后地区如何才能加快经济发展是中国区域经济发展中面临的现实问题。县域经济的发展主要靠投资推动,通过促进产业结构调整和升级来实现较快发展。以工业化为导向的经济增长模式是落后地区加快经济发展必不可少的环节。与此同时,交通等公共基础设施的适时跟进是促进县域经济快速成长的一个重要因素,也是使投资和产业结构得以持续进行的重要保障。不仅如此,对于西部地区而言,民族和边境因素也需要考虑。通过对云南省县域经济的分析,论证了投资、产业结构、交通、民族构成和县域经济增长之间的关系。分析表明,县域经济的发展更多地依赖于效率的提升、人口的积聚和集约模式的发展。Moran I指数表明,云南省县域经济存在显著的趋同性。

How to accelerate economic development of western underdeveloped areas is a practical problem of regional economic development of China.County-level economic growth mainly depends on investment,industrial structure adjustments and upgrading to attain fast development.Industrialized-oriented economic growth model is an indispensible link of underdeveloped areas to quicken economic growth.Meanwhile,appropriate development of infrastructures like transportation is an important factor to promote the fast development of county-level economy,as well as the guarantee of the sustainable development of investment and industrial structure.Besides,factors such as ethnic groups and border areas should be taken into consideration for western regions.By analyzing county-level economy of Yunnan Province,the paper discusses the relationships among investment,industrial structure,transportation,ethnic groups and county-level economic growth.Analysis shows that county-level economic growth relies more on efficiency improvement,population concentration,and the development of intensive mode.
