Influence and Response: Labor Cost Change Analysis

劳动力成本的上升正制约着中国企业的发展,也影响着中国经济的发展。本文从企业效益、企业竞争力及对外国投资、对国内通胀的影响四个方面,综合分析劳动力成本上升带来的利弊,提出了应对劳动力成本上升应强化管理水平,科学招聘,加快技术革新和产品升级,改善企业发展环境的建议。

The higher Labor costs not only restricts the development of Chinese enterprises, but also affect the development of China＇s economy. This paper carried on comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages brought by labor force cost rise, from the enterprise benefit, the competitiveness of enterprises, foreign investment and the influence on domestic inflation four aspects then put forward the corresponding measures, such as strengthen management level, scientific recruitment, speed up technological innovation and product upgrading ,improve enterprise development environment and so on.
