机掘工作面采用大功率掘进机强力切割煤和岩,产尘量特别大,所以机掘防尘仅采取一般的降尘措施是难以奏效的。文章重点介绍了煤炭科学研究总院太原研究院最新研制的EBZ260掘进机,该机最大的特点是带有机载除尘系统,能够在实现快速掘进的同时,及时高效地降尘和灭尘。经过井下工业实验证明,该机能够成功对巷道粉尘进行处理,极大改善了井下工人工作环境,值得推广应用。

The article focuses on a newly developed EBZ260 continuous miner which was developed by Taiyuan Institute of Coal Research Institute, the characteristics of continuous miner is with airborne dust removal system, it can take timely and efficiently dust and eliminate dust simuhaneously with rapid excavation. Roadway dust underground industrial experiments show that it can successfully processed, and it greatly improved the working environment of un- derground mining for workers, so it should be widely applied.
