摘要
通过单因素试验及正交试验,研究超声波辅助法从中药材中同时提取红景天甙和粗多糖的最佳工艺。并运用综合评分法和方差分析法分析正交试验结果,确定同时提取两种物质的最佳方案为:提取温度80℃、提取时间100min、料液比为1∶16。
The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of salidroside and polysaccharides from Chinese medicinal crop was opitimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. Resuhs of orthogonal test were analyzed by comprehensive pointrating method and variance analysis method. The optimum technological parameters were extracting temperature 80~C, extraction for 100min, and material-liquid ratio 1：16.
