内镜直视下局部缓释化疗食管鳞癌临床观察

Local sustained release chemotherapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma under endoscopy

目的探讨内镜直视下医用生物蛋白胶加博来霉素治疗食管鳞癌的临床疗效。方法对11例食管鳞癌患者在内镜直视下通过专用导管局部喷洒生物蛋白胶博来霉素对肿瘤进行局部缓释化疗。结果本组11例，治疗显效7例，有效4例，无效0例，梗阻改善有效率为100％，治疗过程未发现明显副作用。结论内镜直视下行生物蛋白胶博来霉素局部化疗治疗食管鳞癌效果显著。该治疗方法安全、疗效可靠、操作简便，只要有内镜条件的医院便可开展，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of biomedical protein glue combined with bleomycin for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods 11 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma received local sustained release chemotherapy by local spray with biomedical protein glue plus bleomycin through an endoscopic special nasopharynx catheter. Results This therapy was markedly effective in 7 of the 11 patients and effective in the remaining 4. The effectiveness rate for obstruction relief was 100%. No obvious adverse effects were found. Conclusions Endoscopic local sustained release chemotherapy with biomedical protein glue combined with bleomycin is efficacious in the treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. It is safe, reliable, and easy to operate; thus it is worth popularizing.
