摘要 汇流条功率控制器(BPCU)是飞机交/直流供电系统的重要组成部分。为了判断BPCU是否满足控制要求,需要模拟飞机交/直流供电系统的各种运行状态,并检测BPCU在相应状态下对供电系统的控制指标是否达到要求。针对这些特点,设计了基于LabVIEW的测试试验系统。系统能同时监测供电系统各汇流条参数值、开关量状态,并且与下位机组成以太网,实现基于TCP协议的自动和手动两种操作方式将多种故障指令发送给下位机,模拟飞机供电系统各种故障状态,并测试各汇流条和接触器的保护、转换时间等与BPCU相关的性能指标,实现了测试实验自动化。调试实验充分说明,本测试系统功能全面、稳定可靠,系统设计方案合理,能够满足测试实验需求。 Bus power control unit(BPCU) is an important part of the aircraft AC and DC power supply system. To determine whether the BPCU can meet the control requirements, various operating states of the aircraft AC and DC power supply system are needed to simulate, and whether BPCU meets the requirements in the corre- sponding state control indicators of the power supply system is also need to detect. Since these characteristics, a test pilot system based on LabVIEW is designed, which can monitor the parameters of the power supply sys- tem, state variables, and compose of Ethernet with the slave computer. A variety of fault instructions are sent in two ways of automatic and manual modes based on the TCP protocol, a variety of fault conditions of the aircraft power supply system are simulated, the protection and conversion time of the bus bars and the contactor are tested, and test automation is achieved. The experimental results prove that this test system is stable and relia- ble, and system design is reasonable, which can meet the requirment of test experiment.
