摘要
执行软件采用分层模块设计方法,开发出一套基于GPIB总线的安全裕度自动测试系统。要实现电磁辐射安全裕度的自动测试,采用优化的数据处理和计算方法是其中的关键。在调整信号源输出幅值时,采用闭环控制算法和使用优化的数据处理方法后,安全裕度实验不会再出现削尖现象,其测试也能够稳定、快速地执行。与手动测试相比,该系统提高了测试效率和准确性,减轻了测试人员的工作强度,具有很好的工程应用价值。
The program uses hierarchical modular design method to develop an automatic test system for safety margin, which is based on GPIB bus. Using the optimized data-processing and computational method is the key to achieve the automatic testing for electromagnetic radiation safety margin. When adjusting the signal source output amplitude, it is able to avoid appearing sharpening phenomena in the safety margin test, and the safety margin test can perform stably and rapidly after using the closed-loop control algorithm, and optimized data- processing method. Compared with manual test, the test efficiency and accuracy of the system are improved, and the work intensity of testers is reduced. Therefore, it has a good engineer application value.
