摘要
本文报道了在注射促性腺激素和促黄体素释放素类似物诱导鲻鱼卵母细胞成熟过程中,其胞质中高尔基体、油球数量和核的形态均发生显著变化,并据此分析了这两种激素在诱导鲻鱼卵母细胞成熟中的作用机理。
The paper reports that the change of Golgi bodies in number during the oocyte maturation in grey mullet, before and after carp pituitary extract and leuteinizing hormone releasing hormone analogue (LHRH-A)treatment. A lot of Golgi bodies are located between yolk granules and below radio zone before hormone treatment. No change of Golgi bodies in number and nuclear position was observed by 6 and 12h after the first injection of carp pituitary extract. Golgi bodies in number obviously decreased , and no change of nuclear position was observed by 24h after hormone injection. The nucleus of oocyte moved to animal polar was noticed and number of oil globes in the cytoplasm decreased 8h after the secondary injection LHRH-A. The mergence of many oil globes become large oil globes by 12h after LHRH-A injection. At the end ,matured oocyte became round in shape and only a few Golgi bodies and oil globes left before spawning. These results suggest that the physiological maturation of the hormone induced oocyte may be influences completed by way of exerting on the Golgi bodies and nuclear positions.
