摘要
双盘三山涂围垦工程位于三门湾北侧,东临力洋港,西南濒青山港,北与越溪乡相接,围垦总面积0.28万hm2(4.2万亩),新建海堤全长23 km。围垦工程的实施,将改变力洋港海洋潮汐自然特性,从而对上游白溪干流防洪和周边海塘防潮排涝造成影响。在全面了解双盘三山涂围垦工程概况及区域水文、海洋基本情况的基础上,采用二维水动力模型对潮流和洪水耦合研究分析,研究工程实施后对力洋港海洋潮汐特性的影响,对白溪干流防洪及周边海塘防潮的影响。
The Sanshantu reclamation project locates in the north side of the Sanmen bay, faces the Liyang harbour on the east and the Qingshan harbour on the southwest, and borders Yuexi town in the north. Reclaimed lands cover 2 800 km2, and the overall length of the sea wall is 23 km. The implementation of reclamation project will change the natural properties of ocean tides in Liyang harbour, and then have influence on the flood prevention of the upper reach of Baixi Creek's mainstream, and the tidewater prevention and drainage of nearby seawalls. Based on a thorough knowledge of the general situation of Sanshantu reclamation project and the basic situation of regional hydrology and ocean, 2D flow model is apphed for coupling analysis of tidal current and flood. The objectives of this research is to obtain the influence of the implementation of reclamation project on the ocean tidal properties in Liyang harbour, the flood prevention of the upper reach of Baixi Creek's mainstream , the tidewater prevention and drainage of nearby seawalls.
