摘要 为提高糖厂生产的自动化程度和降低劳动强度,设计了第3代全自动喷雾燃硫系统,通过固态硫熔化、雾化喷出、高温燃烧、冷却等步骤,提供稳定的满足糖厂生产要求的SO2气体。硫熏强度稳定在±1.5 cc,共有8台设备在8个糖厂生产使用,在节省硫磺用量、提高白砂糖优一级品率方面效果显著。 In order to improve the automation level of production and reduce the labor intensity for sugar mills, We have designed the third generation of Auto-control Spray Sulphur Burner System. Through melting the solid sulfur, spraying with atomization, combustion with high temperature and cooling, this system can provide stable SO2 gas that can meet production requirements of sugar mills. Sulphitation intensity is stable with variation less than ±1.5 cc. We have 8 units of system being used in 8 sugar mills. They have achieved significant results such as saving sulphur consumption and improving 1st-grade-product ratio in sugar mills.
