摘要 以丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,N-N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,去离子水为溶剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶,以转化率和饱和溶胀率为指标,用正交实验的方法确定最佳制备条件为:单体AM质量浓度为10%;MBA为单体的0.75%;APS为单体的1.25%;聚合温度(T):55℃。 The polyacrylamide (PAM) hydrogels were synthesized by solution polymerization method PAM with acrylamide (AM) as monomer, ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator, N -N'-methylene bisacrylamide (MBA) as crosslinker, and water as solvent. The optimized preparation condition based on orthogonal experiment was ob- tained: AM was 10% of the total solution; MBA was 0.75% of the total AM; APS was 1.25% of the total AM; the polymerization temperature was 55℃, in which the best combination of yield and equilibrium swelling ratio was car- ried out.
